Standing Calf Raises

Technique
How to perform Standing Calf Raises
- Adjust the shoulder pads and place the balls of your feet on the machine's foot block with your heels free to move.
- Stand tall beneath the pads, keeping your knees nearly straight and steady.
- Raise your heels by pushing through the balls of your feet.
- Lower your heels under control through a range you can maintain without bouncing.
- Keep the knee position consistent rather than bending and straightening your legs to move the load.
