How to perform Standing Dumbbell Reverse Curl

  1. Stand with a dumbbell in each hand in front of your thighs, using an overhand grip with the palms facing back toward the thighs.
  2. Keep the upper arms near your sides and the wrists aligned with the forearms.
  3. Bend both elbows to curl the dumbbells upward while maintaining the pronated grip.
  4. Keep the torso and upper arms steady rather than swinging the weights or turning the palms upward.
  5. Lower the dumbbells under control until the elbows are extended, then repeat with the same grip.
