Standing Hamstring and Calf Stretch

How to perform Standing Hamstring and Calf Stretch
- Loop a stretching strap, resistance band, or rope around the ball of one foot and place that foot slightly in front of you.
- Keep the front knee straight and bend the back knee slightly.
- Lift the toes of the front foot and hinge forward from the hips with a long spine.
- Gently pull on the strap to draw the toes toward you until you feel a stretch through the calf and hamstring.
- Hold for 10 to 20 seconds without bouncing, then release and repeat on the other side.
