Technique

How to perform Bent-Over Two-Arm Band Row

  1. Use a stable floor-height anchor for a loop or tube band, or pin a long loop beneath both feet.
  2. Grip both sides of the loop or one tube handle in each hand, with a stable stance and softly bent knees.
  3. Hinge forward at the hips and keep that torso position while your arms extend toward the band.
  4. Pull your elbows toward your sides and bring your hands toward your lower ribs without standing up.
  5. Allow the shoulder blades to move toward your spine without shrugging.
  6. Extend your arms under control and let the shoulder blades move forward naturally, keeping your torso still.
