Technique
How to perform Bent-Over Two-Arm Band Row
- Use a stable floor-height anchor for a loop or tube band, or pin a long loop beneath both feet.
- Grip both sides of the loop or one tube handle in each hand, with a stable stance and softly bent knees.
- Hinge forward at the hips and keep that torso position while your arms extend toward the band.
- Pull your elbows toward your sides and bring your hands toward your lower ribs without standing up.
- Allow the shoulder blades to move toward your spine without shrugging.
- Extend your arms under control and let the shoulder blades move forward naturally, keeping your torso still.
