How to perform Straddle One-Arm Push-Up
- Place one hand on on the floor with your feet extended behind you on the floor spread wide in a straddle.
- Place your free hand behind your back, engaging your core and glutes.
- Inhale as you bend the elbow of your support arm, lowering your chest toward the floor while keeping your body rigid and shoulders square.
- Descend until your chest nearly touches the floor, maintaining control and preventing your hips from rotating or sagging.
- Exhale as you press through your support palm, straightening your elbow to return your body to the starting position.
- Repeat for the prescribed repetitions before switching arms.
