Technique

How to perform Supine One-Arm Overhead Throw

  1. Lie on your back facing a sturdy wall with your knees bent and hold a medicine ball in one hand behind your head.
  2. Brace your core and keep the opposite arm on the floor for balance.
  3. Sit up as you throw the ball forward into the wall with the working arm.
  4. Retrieve the ball after it stops moving and return to the starting position.
  5. Complete the prescribed repetitions, then switch arms.
