Two-Arm Kettlebell Clean

Technique
How to perform Two-Arm Kettlebell Clean
- Place two kettlebells between your feet and bend at your hips and knees to grip one in each hand.
- Brace your torso and drive through your feet, extending your hips and knees to accelerate the bells upward.
- Keep the bells close and bend your elbows to guide them toward your shoulders rather than curling them slowly with your arms.
- Let each handle settle into your hand as the bell rolls around into the rack, with your elbows near your torso.
- Finish standing tall with both bells controlled at your shoulders; do not press them overhead.
- Guide the bells down as you bend your hips and knees, returning toward the starting position before repeating.
