Technique

How to perform Weighted Hanging Leg Raise

  1. Secure ankle weights to your legs or hold one dumbbell firmly between your feet.
  2. Hang from a pull-up bar with your arms extended and your legs together.
  3. Brace your trunk and raise your legs while curling your pelvis upward.
  4. Continue until your toes approach the bar or you reach the highest controlled position.
  5. Lower your legs under control and repeat.
