How to perform Adv Tuck Box Dragon Press

  1. Set two stable boxes about shoulder-width apart with clear space between them.
  2. Position yourself face up with palms on the boxes, fingers toward your feet and straight arms supported around the armpit and upper-arm area.
  3. Bend your knees and keep your hips flexed approximately 90 degrees in the advanced-tuck position.
  4. Press through the supported arms to raise your torso from horizontal toward vertical while keeping the elbows straight and the hip angle steady.
  5. Lower your torso through the same range under control without collapsing into a tighter tuck.
  6. Repeat the presses, then lower your feet to the floor under control.
