Technique

How to perform Tuck Box Dragon Press

  1. Place two boxes just about shoulder width and place the backs of your shoulders, armpits, and triceps on tope of each box, fingers pointing toward your feet, hands flat on the boxes, and arms fully straight.
  2. Engage your core and glutes, then lift your hips and tuck your knees so your body forms a tight tuck.
  3. Press firmly through your hands and contract your posterior chain to lift your torso and hips past the top surface of the box until your hips point toward the ceiling. slowly lower back down until your spine is paralell to the floor and then hold for the prescribed duration, breathing steadily and keeping elbows Lower your hips and legs back to the floor under control, switch legs, and repeat for the recommended number of holds.
