How to perform Box Dragon Press

  1. Set two stable boxes about shoulder-width apart with clear space between them.
  2. Position yourself face up with straight arms, palms on the boxes and fingers pointing toward your feet, using the armpit and upper-arm support described.
  3. Straighten your legs and brace your hips and torso into one controlled body line.
  4. Press through the supported arms to raise your straight body from horizontal toward vertical without bending the elbows or crunching at the waist.
  5. Lower the body under control through the same range while maintaining the straight-body position.
  6. Repeat the press for the intended set, then lower your legs to the floor under control.
