Technique
How to perform Front Lever to Inverted Hang
- Establish a straight-body front lever on the rings with your elbows locked, legs together, and core braced.
- Depress your shoulders and begin pulling the rings toward your hips without bending your elbows.
- Keep your body rigid as it rotates upward around your shoulders.
- Continue the straight-arm pull until your body reaches a vertical inverted hang beneath the straps.
- Stabilize the inverted hang with the rings close to your sides.
- Reverse the path under control to return to the front lever or continue to a controlled hang.
