Technique

How to perform Front Lever to Inverted Hang

  1. Establish a straight-body front lever on the rings with your elbows locked, legs together, and core braced.
  2. Depress your shoulders and begin pulling the rings toward your hips without bending your elbows.
  3. Keep your body rigid as it rotates upward around your shoulders.
  4. Continue the straight-arm pull until your body reaches a vertical inverted hang beneath the straps.
  5. Stabilize the inverted hang with the rings close to your sides.
  6. Reverse the path under control to return to the front lever or continue to a controlled hang.
