Technique

How to perform Handstand Push-Up Negative

  1. Kick or press into a freestanding handstand with your elbows extended, core braced, and hips stacked over your shoulders and wrists.
  2. Fix your gaze between your hands and maintain a controlled body line.
  3. Inhale as you bend your elbows and lower your head toward the floor under control.
  4. Stop at the lowest position you can control, then step or cartwheel down safely.
  5. Reset and repeat for the prescribed negatives.
