How to perform Handstand Push-Up Negative
- Kick or press into a freestanding handstand with your elbows extended, core braced, and hips stacked over your shoulders and wrists.
- Fix your gaze between your hands and maintain a controlled body line.
- Inhale as you bend your elbows and lower your head toward the floor under control.
- Stop at the lowest position you can control, then step or cartwheel down safely.
- Reset and repeat for the prescribed negatives.
