How to perform Incline Push-Up Reverse Grip

  1. Use a securely fixed Smith machine bar or a stable bench or box whose near edge allows the reversed hand position.
  2. On the bar, take a shoulder-width underhand grip; on a flat support, turn your hands so your fingers point back toward your feet.
  3. Step your feet back and hold your body straight with your arms extended.
  4. Bend your elbows close to your torso and lower your chest toward the support while keeping your hips aligned.
  5. Extend your elbows to press back along the same path without changing your hand placement.
