How to perform Band-Assisted Pull-Up

  1. Secure a long loop band over a pull-up bar and test the attachment before loading it.
  2. Place one knee or foot in the band, take an overhand grip, and begin from a controlled hang with the shoulders active.
  3. Pull the elbows down and back until the chin clears the bar without kicking or arching excessively.
  4. Pause briefly, then lower under control to full elbow extension while keeping the band aligned.
  5. Step out carefully and repeat for the prescribed repetitions.
