How to perform One-Arm L Sit Press Handstand

  1. Begin in a stable one-arm L-sit with your support hand on the floor, elbow locked, legs straight at 90 degrees, and free hand off the ground.
  2. Engage your core and shift your shoulders slightly forward over the support wrist while keeping the elbow fully locked.
  3. Press through the support palm and squeeze your hip flexors to lift your hips upward, allowing your legs to rise while maintaining a tight hollow body.
  4. Continue pressing as your hips pass over your shoulder and your legs pivot in an arc toward vertical, keeping the free arm tucked across your torso.
  5. Straighten your hips and legs completely to achieve a one-arm handstand with feet together, body aligned, and support shoulder depressed.
  6. Hold the handstand for the prescribed duration, then reverse the motion by lowering your legs back through the arc to return to the one-arm L-sit under control.
