Technique
How to perform Partial Pistol Squat
- Stand on your right foot with your left leg extended forward and arms reaching out for balance.
- Engage your core and keep your chest lifted as you begin bending your right knee.
- Inhale as you lower your hips until your right thigh is about halfway to parallel with the floor, keeping your left leg straight and off the ground.
- Pause briefly while maintaining control and balance.
- Exhale as you press through your right heel to return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the prescribed repetitions, then switch legs.
