Ring L-Sit Dip
Technique
How to perform Ring L-Sit Dip
- Grip a ring in each hand, and then take a small jump to help you get into a support with your arms locked out.
- While in a support, turn the rings out so that your palms face forward, and raise your legs up keeping them straight and toes pointed until you form a 90 degree angle at the hips to reach your starting position.
- Then flex the elbows, lowering your body, keeping your core tight and legs elevated, until your arms break 90 degrees.
- Avoid swinging, and maintain good posture throughout the descent.
- Reverse the motion by extending the elbow, pushing yourself back up into the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
