How to perform Ring Strap Handstand Push-Up

  1. Set the rings so the straps hang vertically and rest against the fronts of your thighs, then place your hands shoulder-width apart on the floor between the straps.
  2. Kick up into a handstand while wrapping both legs around the straps, squeezing them lightly so your feet can slide up and down for support.
  3. Straighten your body and press the straps inward with your legs to stabilize, keeping your elbows locked, shoulders depressed, and core engaged.
  4. Inhale as you bend your elbows, sliding your legs down the straps and lowering your head toward the floor in a controlled motion until it nearly touches.
  5. Exhale as you press through your palms, sliding your legs back up the straps and extending your elbows to return to the fully locked-out handstand position.
  6. Repeat for the prescribed repetitions.
