How to perform RTO Push-Up

  1. Set the rings just above floor level and grip them with the handles turned outward.
  2. Walk your feet back into a straight plank with your hands beneath your shoulders.
  3. Maintain the turnout as you bend your elbows and lower your chest between the rings, allowing your hands to come alongside your lower torso.
  4. Keep the handles controlled rather than letting them spread into a wide fly.
  5. Press back to straight arms and return your hands beneath your shoulders without letting your hips sag.
  6. Repeat the controlled press without adding the prolonged forward lean of a pseudo-planche variation.
