Ring Archer Push-Up
Technique
How to perform Ring Archer Push-Up
- Start in a high-plank with your hands gripping rings just above the floor, palms turned slightly outward, and your body in a straight line.
- Shift your weight toward your right hand while keeping your core tight and legs straight.
- Inhale as you bend your right elbow, lowering your chest toward your right hand while your left arm stays almost straight, sliding out to the side.
- Descend until your chest hovers just above your right hand, maintaining a rigid body line and keeping your left arm extended.
- Exhale as you press through your right palm to straighten the elbow, simultaneously shifting your weight back to center to return to the starting position.
- Repeat the movement on the left side and continue alternating for the prescribed repetitions.
