Technique
How to perform Straddle One-Arm Plank
- Get into a push-up position on the floor, supporting your weight on your toes and your hands.
- Your arms are straight and directly below the shoulder and legs spread wide into a straddle position.
- Then shift your weight over toward one hand and lift the opposite hand off the ground.
- Keep your body straight at all times, and hold this position as long as possible.
