Technique

How to perform Straddle One-Arm Plank

  1. Get into a push-up position on the floor, supporting your weight on your toes and your hands.
  2. Your arms are straight and directly below the shoulder and legs spread wide into a straddle position.
  3. Then shift your weight over toward one hand and lift the opposite hand off the ground.
  4. Keep your body straight at all times, and hold this position as long as possible.
