Tuck Maltese Box Press
Technique
How to perform Tuck Maltese Box Press
- Place to boxes side-by-side with a gap between them.
- The gap should be just wide enough for your hips to fall through and narrow enough for your shoulders to rest on top of each box.
- Place your arms straight, palms-down, supinated, on top of each box.
- Keeping your arms straight, press through your shoulders to lift your body off the ground.
- Pull your knees tightly to your chest to acheive a tight tuck position.
- Press further through your shoulders and straight arms to raise your hips up over your head, maintaining your body position.
- Once your are vertical, reverse the motion and lower your hips back down.
