How to perform Tuck Planche Push-Up

  1. Place your hands about shoulder width apart on the floor, or grip stable low parallettes.
  2. Straighten your arms, push through the supports and lean your shoulders forward.
  3. Draw your knees close to your chest and lift both feet into an unsupported tuck planche.
  4. Maintain the forward lean and tucked legs as you bend your elbows and lower your torso toward the hand supports.
  5. Press back up by extending your elbows, keeping your feet clear and the knees off your arms.
  6. Continue only through the range in which you retain that position, then lower your feet under control.
