How to perform Wall Pseudo-Planche Push-Up

  1. Place your hands shoulder-width apart on the floor a little less than your body-length from the wall, fingers turned slightly outward and elbows locked.
  2. Walk your feet up the wall until your body forms a straight line, then lean your shoulders forward past your wrists to create a pseudo-planche position.
  3. Engage your core, glutes, and quads, keeping your elbows fully locked and shoulders depressed.
  4. Inhale as you bend your elbows, lowering your chest toward the floor in a controlled motion while maintaining the forward lean and rigid body line.
  5. Exhale as you press through your palms, straightening your elbows and driving your torso back up to the original forward-lean position with feet still on the wall.
  6. Repeat for the prescribed repetitions.
