Wall Pseudo-Planche Push-Up
Technique
How to perform Wall Pseudo-Planche Push-Up
- Place your hands shoulder-width apart on the floor a little less than your body-length from the wall, fingers turned slightly outward and elbows locked.
- Walk your feet up the wall until your body forms a straight line, then lean your shoulders forward past your wrists to create a pseudo-planche position.
- Engage your core, glutes, and quads, keeping your elbows fully locked and shoulders depressed.
- Inhale as you bend your elbows, lowering your chest toward the floor in a controlled motion while maintaining the forward lean and rigid body line.
- Exhale as you press through your palms, straightening your elbows and driving your torso back up to the original forward-lean position with feet still on the wall.
- Repeat for the prescribed repetitions.
