How to perform One-Leg Maltese Box Press

  1. Place two stable plyo boxes side by side with a gap for your body and support for your shoulders and arms.
  2. Lay your straight arms across the tops with both palms flat on the boxes.
  3. Press into the supports and lift your feet clear, drawing one knee toward your chest while extending the opposite leg.
  4. Keep both elbows straight and maintain the one-leg shape as you raise your hips above your head around the supported shoulders.
  5. Continue toward vertical without turning the movement into a bent-arm press.
  6. Reverse the arc under control while retaining the same tucked and extended leg positions.
  7. Return your feet to the floor and reset before changing sides.
