Advanced tuck planche on rings

Technique

How to perform Ring Adv Tuck Planche

  1. Set the rings shoulder-width apart at a height that allows your feet to clear the floor.
  2. Grip the rings, straighten your elbows and keep the rings slightly turned out.
  3. Push firmly into the rings and keep your shoulder blades spread as you lean your shoulders ahead of your hands.
  4. Lift your feet and hold your hips around shoulder height with your knees bent.
  5. Move your knees away from your chest to open the tuck, keeping your torso approximately horizontal rather than rounding into a compact ball.
  6. Hold the position without bending your elbows, then lower your feet under control.
