How to perform Ring Elbow Lever

  1. Set the rings shoulder-width apart just above the floor and grip them with the rings turned slightly outward.
  2. Bend your elbows and place them firmly against your lower abdomen to support your torso.
  3. Lean forward over your hands while keeping that elbow contact.
  4. Extend your legs behind you and lift your feet until your body balances approximately parallel to the floor.
  5. Hold your trunk and hips steady while keeping the rings from drifting apart.
  6. Lower your feet to the floor under control to finish.
