Technique
How to perform Ring Tuck Planche Push-Up
- Grip the rings with a false grip and press into a tuck planche with elbows locked, rings turned slightly out, and knees hugged to your chest.
- Engage your core, protract and depress your shoulders, and keep your hips level with your shoulders.
- Inhale as you bend your elbows, lowering your chest toward the rings in a controlled motion while maintaining the tuck.
- Descend until your upper arms approach parallel to the floor without letting the rings drift inward.
- Exhale as you press through the rings, extending your elbows to return to the straight-arm tuck planche position.
- Repeat for the prescribed repetitions.
