Ring Wide Push-Up
Technique
How to perform Ring Wide Push-Up
- Adjust the rings so they hang just above floor level and grasp them with a neutral grip, arms straight and shoulders stacked over wrists.
- Extend your legs behind you to form a rigid plank, engaging your core, glutes, and quads while keeping your feet hip-width apart.
- Inhale as you bend your elbows, allowing the rings to drift outward while lowering your chest toward them under control.
- Descend until your elbows reach roughly 90 degrees and your chest hovers just above the rings, maintaining a neutral neck and tight body line.
- Exhale as you press through your palms, bringing the rings back toward midline and straightening your elbows to return to the plank position.
- Repeat for the prescribed repetitions.
