Technique

How to perform Single Leg Glute Bridge

  1. Lie on your back with your knees bent, feet on the floor and arms resting beside you.
  2. Lift one foot and hold that knee toward your chest, leaving the other foot planted.
  3. Press through the planted foot and raise your pelvis by extending that hip.
  4. Stop when the planted-side hip is extended and your shoulders, hip and knee are aligned, without arching your lower back.
  5. Keep the pelvis level as you lower under control, then complete the repetitions and switch legs.
