Technique

How to perform Stability Ball Elevated Glute Bridge

  1. Lay with your upper back flat on the ground while your feet are flat on the stability ball.
  2. Both feet should fully contacting the stability ball from heel to toe, hip width apart.
  3. This will be your starting position.
  4. Begin by extending the hips using your glutes primarliy and your hamstrings, raising your hips upward as you bridge.
  5. Pause at the top of the motion and return to the starting position.
