How to perform Knee/Hip Raise On Parallel Bars
- Support yourself on parallel bars with your elbows extended and shoulders pressed down away from your ears.
- Let your legs hang beneath you and brace your core.
- Exhale as you bend your hips and knees to draw your knees toward your chest.
- Pause briefly without swinging.
- Inhale as you lower your legs under control to the starting position.
- Repeat for the prescribed repetitions.
