How to perform Knee/Hip Raise On Parallel Bars

  1. Support yourself on parallel bars with your elbows extended and shoulders pressed down away from your ears.
  2. Let your legs hang beneath you and brace your core.
  3. Exhale as you bend your hips and knees to draw your knees toward your chest.
  4. Pause briefly without swinging.
  5. Inhale as you lower your legs under control to the starting position.
  6. Repeat for the prescribed repetitions.
