Technique
How to perform Seated Pike Leg Lift
- Sit on the floor with your legs straight together in front of you and place your hands flat on the ground beside your thighs, fingers forward.
- Engage your core and straighten your back, leaning your torso slightly forward while keeping your elbows locked.
- Press your finger tups firmly into the floor and exhale as you lift both legs simultaneously, keeping knees locked and toes pointed.
- Hold the legs off the ground for and pulse them up and down, maintaining tension in your hip flexors and core.
- Inhale as you lower your legs back to the floor under control.
- Repeat for the prescribed repetitions.
