Technique

How to perform Stability Ball Knee Tucks

  1. Begin in a high-plank position with your hands shoulder-width apart on the floor and your shins resting on a stability ball, creating a straight line from head to heels.
  2. Engage your core and keep your shoulders stacked over your wrists.
  3. This is your starting position.
  4. Exhale as you bend your knees and pull them toward your chest, allowing the ball to roll forward under your shins while your hips lift slightly.
  5. Pause briefly when your knees are beneath your torso, maintaining a neutral spine and strong core tension.
  6. Inhale as you extend your legs, rolling the ball back to the starting position under control without letting your hips sag.
  7. Repeat for the prescribed repetitions, keeping each rep smooth and controlled.
