Technique

How to perform Suspended Reverse Crunch

  1. Set the suspension foot cradles low enough to support your feet while your hands remain on the floor.
  2. Place both feet in the cradles and establish a high plank with straight elbows.
  3. Bend your knees and hips to draw the knees toward your torso.
  4. Curl the pelvis under toward your ribs as you finish the crunch, allowing controlled spinal flexion rather than arching the lower back.
  5. Extend the legs back to the starting plank while keeping the hips from sagging.
  6. Re-establish the body line before the next repetition.
