How to perform Stability Ball Pikes
- Begin in a push-up position with your shins or feet supported on a stability ball and your hands beneath your shoulders.
- Brace your core and keep your body in a straight line.
- Exhale as you keep your legs as straight as comfortable, lift your hips toward the ceiling, and roll the stability ball toward your hands.
- Pause briefly at the highest controlled position.
- Inhale as you lower your hips and roll the ball back to the starting plank without letting your lower back sag.
- Repeat for the prescribed repetitions.
