How to perform Ring Ab Rollout

  1. Set the rings at about knee height and stand behind them, holding one ring in each hand.
  2. Plant both feet and lean into the rings with your arms straight and your torso braced.
  3. Let the rings move forward and upward as your body lengthens into an inclined straight line.
  4. Keep your elbows straight and stop before your lower back sags or you lose control of the rings.
  5. Draw the rings back toward the starting position while keeping your trunk controlled.
  6. Keep your feet planted throughout each repetition.
