Technique

How to perform Suspension Trainer Body Saw

  1. Place both feet in the suspension cradles and take a forearm-plank position with the elbows beneath the shoulders.
  2. Keep the knees extended and maintain one controlled line through the trunk and hips.
  3. Move the body backward so the shoulders travel behind the elbows without letting the lower back sag.
  4. Draw the body forward to the starting plank by reversing the shoulder motion while keeping the abdomen braced.
  5. Repeat within the distance you can control without folding at the hips or drawing the knees toward the chest.
  6. Padding beneath the forearms is optional.
